We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean including the pool area. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Location is about 15 min walk downhill from downtown. We walked on the way down every night and we took taxis on the way back up which were fairly cheap - 5 lv - so it wasn’t a big deal at all. Highly recommend.
Nice stay.|The room is small and the tiles are slippery. The spa is very nice. I enjoyed the herbal sauna. The breakfast is poor choice and limited ( served from the menu). The location isn't good. It's up on the hill. The parking is tricky ( the card is too far from the entrance).
Terrible service. Unfriendly people. Only one small coffee was included in breakfast menu. They refused to open the top sun deck on the roof. The cleaners was Nice. They spoke very poor english and understood nothing.
We are extremely satisfied with our vacation, excellent service, mineral water, a very good spa center and good prices. The hotel is very clean , the food is delicious. We recommend and will visit again.
Room is placed in front and very close to other building. Almost all rooms are faced towards it. There are even rooms placed on the underground level. If you are by chance accomodated with other noisy guests you will hardly get rest, especially if they are ill-mannered and especially if the hotel staff are not suppotive on the way to make them behave. The hotel is placed away from the town center and the road to it is very dusty and narrow to walk. The restaurant area is very small and both rooms smokers and non smokers are very close to each other. So if there are smoker guests, please feel welcomed to smoke with them. For the four nights stay we get only clean towels but never clean room. Same price you will get four star hotel at the center. In door parking is very narrow, you have to be very skilled to park and forget about exiting the car afte you park, you will be so close to the columns.
There is no termal water on the big swimming pool as it is advertised on the web site of the hotel. If you want to sunbath forget about it, you will be placed on a terrace were you can enjoy the sun for just a few hours.
Restaurant staff is very friendly and supportive. The furniture is brand new. The food was delicious.
New and clean, very good spa and the staff is very friendly. Some minor flaws- no slippers, no electric kettle for coffee in the rooms, no space to dry bathing suit after the spa, very slippery bathrooms.....apart from that the rest was ok

Very nice hotel exceptionally clean everywhere. The staff very friendly and always willing to help. It has a quite large swimming pool and spa facilities such as jacuzzi, steam bath and saunas.
Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful spa, indoor pool with mineral water and quite a few hydromassage nozzles, nice terrace with a view to Sandanski. The room was very clean and comfy, even though it wasn't big. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
